Our proofing service includes a thorough inspection of the property, identifying and sealing potential entry points, strategic sealing of gaps, vents, and holes, and ongoing advice to prevent future infestations.
With rodents and proofing works, holes need to be the size of a tennis ball. If any areas exceed this in size, additional charges will apply.

Package Notes
- Pricing is based on an individual property. Portfolio clients may enrol up to 10 properties under the same service agreement.
- Additional properties, proofing, treatment, sanitation, or specialist pest control work outside the package scope will be quoted separately and approved before work begins.
- Access must be provided for all scheduled visits. If access is not possible after reasonable attempts, the inspection may be forfeited.
- Annual fees are paid upfront. Three months' notice is required before the end of the 12-month term, and payment is non-refundable once the year is paid.

Rodent and Bird Proofing Warranty
McReid Services Ltd - Integrated Pest Control offers a three-month warranty on residential rodent and bird proofing works where all recommended proofing or exclusion measures have been completed by us.
For rodent treatments, all scheduled treatment visits must be completed before the warranty becomes active. The three-month warranty period will commence upon completion of the final treatment visit and any agreed proofing works.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide access for all scheduled appointments. If any treatment or proofing visit is missed, cancelled, or access cannot be obtained, the warranty will be void and no warranty cover will apply.
The warranty applies only to the specific area(s) of the property where proofing, exclusion, or treatment works have been carried out by McReid Services Ltd - Integrated Pest Control.
It does not cover pest activity in untreated areas of the property, new infestations, or issues arising from new entry points, structural defects, building works, accidental damage, or changes to the property after the works have been completed.
For bird proofing installations, the warranty covers the integrity of the proofing system installed by McReid Services Ltd - Integrated Pest Control. It does not cover deliberate damage, vandalism, storm damage, third-party interference, or bird activity occurring in areas that have not been proofed.
Any concerns relating to rodent or bird activity during the warranty period must be reported to McReid Services Ltd - Integrated Pest Control as soon as reasonably practicable to allow an inspection to be arranged.
This warranty covers any necessary follow-up visits relating to the original treated or proofed area during the warranty period. It does not include additional proofing works, repairs, cleaning services, sanitation works, or treatments for other pest species unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and the property specified on the quotation and treatment agreement.
